Kick-off in the district of Waldeck-Frankenberg
Prof. Dr. Harald Lesch inspired around 500 listeners in his keynote speech on the topic "The Earth 2023 - Will everything tip over now?"
Afterwards, 22 LMU climate kits were handed over to representatives from secondary schools in Waldeck-Frankenberg.
The project managers of the educational program, Dr. Cecilia Scorza-Lesch and Prof. Dr. Harald Lesch, held the kick-off event for the district on Monday, 22.05.2023, together with the Viessmann Foundation. The LMU climate kits presented and the future use of the educational program in schools are a further step towards sustainability by the Klimaneutrales Waldeck-Frankenberg e.V. association.
On November 7, Dr. Sabine Graf will train teachers from the district in how to use the LMU climate kit so that it can become part of future lessons in schools.
